How can I check how and when my purchase will be provided?

Check whether the purchase is provided through delivery, collection, access, or another stated method. Do not infer a fixed timeframe from another customer's experience.

How can I find out what is included in the purchase?

Consider the usefulness of the actual included scope rather than the apparent size of a bundle. Treat the seller's confirmed inclusion list as the basis for your expectation rather than illustrative context.

What should I do if I gave support incorrect information?

Ask support to confirm which information they will use going forward. Use the seller's appropriate channel if information removal is needed.
